In addition to their lineup of tasty lower-ABV apéritifs, the brand also just launched a Cocktail Kit and Deluxe Cocktail Kit which make perfect gifts for the holidays ahead. Psst… Haus is also offering 20 percent off sitewide for Black Friday through November 29, which means now is the perfect time to sample their full lineup. Add to cart!

Bright, herbaceous, and woodsy, the new Pomegranate Rosemary flavor might be my favorite apéritif so far. It’s an interesting blend of juicy pomegranate and berry flavor contrasted with earthy juniper notes, thanks to the addition of rosemary. If you’re already a gin lover, this one is for you. I topped mine with a hefty splash of club soda over ice and a fresh rosemary sprig, and I was instantly transplanted to cozy winter vacation mode. It’s perfect for making holiday cocktails at home or cozying up in front of the fire. Try it with sparkling water, your favorite bubbly, or as the base to a warm cocktail this winter.

Here’s just a bit more background on Haus just in case you aren’t already familiar with the groundbreaking apéritif brand. This Cali-based, family-founded brand has been cranking out the hits in the trendy low-proof drink space since their first launch — Citrus Flower — in 2019. Since then, Haus has launched several other Editor-loved seasonal sips (many of which sold out almost immediately). These lower-ABV apéritifs contain less alcohol than most commercial spirits (15 to 20 percent ABV, to be exact) and only natural ingredients like roots, herbs, and botanicals. They’re meant to be enjoyed throughout the evening either on the rocks or as the base of a simple craft cocktail. In other words, Haus makes drinks that you can feel good about enjoying. Meaning: These won’t give you a gnarly hangover.

Whether you’re curious about Haus or on the hunt for the perfectly boozy holiday gift for friends or loved ones, I highly recommend Pomegranate Rosemary. It makes for a bright, perfectly balanced, and just slightly woodsy base for all of your upcoming holiday cocktails.
