5 Fall Scroll Stoppers – Liz Marie Blog

Every year once Labor Day is over I feel like everyone switches until full fall mode. That means that in just one week, we will be seeing more and more pumpkins on porches, apple cider, and (in some parts of the country) leaves changing. I thought that I would share some fall inspiration today as a part of my scroll stoppers blog series. If this is your first time seeing a scroll stopper’s blog post, you may be wondering what a scroll stopper is! Scroll stoppers are a small compilation of images I’ve found in the last week that completely stop me mid-scroll because of how stunning they are. This photo by @toni_marianna is one that I always refer back to for fall decor. The different colors and textures that she uses on this cozy fall table are soooo nice! When it comes to decorating tables, I like to work in layers. From the wicker basket in the back to the tapered candles, you can see the different layers that Toni used in this table!

This table set up by @ellaclaireblog is so light and airy! Being from Michigan, fall is a time when you really start to see the days getting shorter. We start seeing the sun less and less, and the bright natural light seems to go away. This tablescape is a breath of fresh air for fall decor!

Every fall season here in Michigan, families gather at cider mills and apple orchards. It’s such a fun activity for fall. Seeing this photo by @julesdenby gets me so excited for that seasonal event. I can smell that warm donuts through this photo.

When it comes to Halloween, I love to add a few decor items here and there on top of our already overflowing fall decor. @keeleymckendree did an awesome job doing just that adding to this kitchen vignette. While you are more than welcome to go all out with holiday decor, you can also take the minimalist route and just add a few things!

Look at all of these beautiful colors! @lovesarahschneider got me so excited to decorate our front porch with a beautiful array of colored pumpkins. Don’t have a font porch? No problem!

When do you start to decorate for fall? Is it still too early for your liking? Let me know on Facebook or Instagram. Thanks for stopping by the blog today and every day!

xx Liz Marie
